A Closer Look at Your Home Inspection
Our comprehensive home inspection covers all major systems and components of the home, both inside and out. We follow industry standards to ensure no critical detail is overlooked.
After the inspection, you’ll receive a digital copy of the report, along with a summary that highlights any deficiencies or potential hazards identified. If any additional services require lab testing, samples are sent out the same day and overnighted to ensure the fastest possible results. Below is a breakdown of what’s included in a typical home inspection.
Assessment of shingles, flashing, gutters, and visible components for damage, wear, and proper drainage.
Plumbing
Inspection of pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage to check for leaks, pressure issues, and functionality.
Interior, Doors & Windows
Assessment of walls, ceilings, floors, and visible finishes for damage or irregularities.
Exterior
Evaluation of siding, grading, drainage, and exterior components to identify potential issues affecting the home.
Electrical Systems
Evaluation of panels, wiring, outlets, and fixtures to identify safety concerns and proper operation.
Foundations, Basement & Crawl Spaces
Examination of the foundation, framing, and structural components for stability and signs of movement or damage.
HVAC

Appliances
