A Closer Look at
Your Home Inspection
Our comprehensive home inspection covers all major systems and components of the home, both inside and out. We follow industry standards to ensure no critical detail is overlooked.
After the inspection, you’ll receive a digital copy of the report, along with a summary that highlights any deficiencies or potential hazards identified. If any additional services require lab testing, samples are sent out the same day and overnighted to ensure the fastest possible results. Below is a breakdown of what’s included in a typical home inspection.
The roof is an important part of your home. We will examine the roof, its structure, material (shingles/tiles/etc), flashings, gutters, downspouts, and more.
Exterior

We will visually inspect HVAC and heating systems, including: ducts, filters, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
